Editorial Work

Andrew was prime mover and Editor of a literary magazine produced from Dundee in 1978, originally titled AMF, then renamed Logos, which ran for 1 1 issues, with funding from the Scottish Arts Council, publishing early work by many local writers alongside stories by James Kelman, Robin Jenkins, Robert Preston Wells, Carl MacDougall, Sean Feeney, James Campbell and poetry by Gerald Mangan, Ian Crichton Smith, Val Warner and many others.

In 2001, he was prime mover in another Dundee-based literary magazine: riverrun, which ran for four issues, with National Lottery funding.

As Creative Writing tutor at Dundee & Angus College from 2004-2007, he produced and edited two collections of students’ work.
